Is it possible using one of those XviD containers like OGM or somthing so you have multible video streams in a single file?
Example.
I am backing up one of my DVD's. I have a 1 cd movie file with just the film and the film base audio and the films subtitles for my language.
Now IT IS possible to make a second SINGLE file that has the same movie encoded at a lower bitrate and then say 3 comentary tracks as seperate streams and the subtitle streams.
For this I have been using OG
Q. Can I also add into a single file as well as having the video stream with the selectabnle audio and subtitle streams. a 2nd or third VIDEO stream. Allowing me to put into the one file..
Some Deleted Scenens, a Trailer, The film, 2 cometaries and a documentary.
The idea is to get a complete backup of your dvd in as small amount of files as possible. A 2 CD rip for the entire movie.

I don't think this is possible. You can't even do this with VOB files. You're pretty much stuck with one video stream per file. You can put multiple sub and audio streams.
