while the folks around here are very smart and I'm sure could help you with your issue. Only Jeex is a mind reader...the rest of us will need some more information.

While it sounds like an overlay issue...some questions...

    Direct X version
PC specs...click the computer button at the top of this posts frame for what we need to know.
program you are using to play it.
what you mean by "when i play it in my pc or Decrypt it"...are you ripping it or watching it?

Ok well since you STILL didn't give any computer specs.

Download the updated drivers for you video card
    Download DirectX 9.0b

right click the desktop, go to properties, settings tab, click the "advanced button" turn off hardware acceleration (you'll have to search for it, its in different places depending on what video card you have) Your openGL settings and Direct Draw settings are in there also and may require some adjustment.

Is this the first time this issue has occured? Or is this the first time you've tried ripping and playing a DVD? I suggest you get a real DVD playing software...winDVD or PowerDVD.

If you are using WMP 9, I suggest you uninstall it, many people have had issues with it. I still use WMP 2, but then again I dont' use it to play DVDs either.
