On my last order of inkjet printable G04's, I got a batch where the surface isn't very bright. And when I print them, it almost looks translucent. Is this some new thing or did I order the wrong surface? I thought there was only 1 kind of inkjet printable disc surface.
In the same order I also got a 100 spindle of CD-r's that have the normal bright printable surface that I'm used to.
Anyone know what the deal is?

translucent isnt good because your printing will screw up with the reading of the dvd.. i would return them if u can

Maybe it's the Ritek's that have the Matte finish to them and aren't the inkjet printable one's you're thinking of.
I have some of the Matte ones and I have no problem reading them after printing on them with my CD thermal printer."*sigh* Warned you, we tried. Listen, you did not. Now SCREWED, we all will be!" ~Yoda
