A problem ripping lion king 3 dvd to svcd/vcd/avi

The problem: the movie skip (after 2 min) back 1 min in time, then its continue and skip back 2 more times
This happens all the time in the same points

When I play the dvd in the dvd player I have no problem the problem is only when I make a back up

You tried to convert to all three formats? It would help if you described the steps you took to perform the conversion(s).

You have to rip rip in "movie only" mode, from angle 1. The movie has a "Hunt for Mickey" game, which has several cue points which behave as you have said (when ripped/burned incorrectly). These cue points are enabled for when you spot Mickey, you can hit Enter on the remote. It will tally your score, then go back to the cue point. That is what the skip/rewind thing is doing.

You may also want to rip the elementary streams, which will also eliminate the problem.

I'm assuming this is Lion King 1 1/2, with Timon & Pumbaa. I haven't seen Lion King 3.
