Could you tell me how to make chapters for my dvd?? I dub all my tennis matches to dvd. I know how to divide the program into sets, but a friend asked if I could make chapters. What's the difference with dividing and making chapters??

When you divide a title - you actually split the recording into two and make two title sets. Both of these can then be accesssed via the menu facility when you use direct navigator and/or finalise the DVD-R.
Chapters on the other hand are 'pointers' to a particular place on the video. You can set these either manually (by pressing the chapter button on your remote when you want a new chapter) or you can do it more acurately by going into edit properties of the video and set them this way (by slow motion frame advance/rewind etc).
Unfortunately, there is no way to show these chapter points as thumbnails in the menu - which I think is my only dissapointment with the E85 (same as the US E80).
Remember that chapters only stay when you HIGH SPEED dub - they do not stay if you need to re-encode, so make sure you capture at the correct setting to start with - or of course do the chapters after you have it on DVD-R.
Hope this helps...
