Hi all,
I have read numerous posts concerning interlaced vs progressive. however, I did not get any straight answer. I have a six hour long movie which I want to make into one DVD. The only way I can do this is to encode with tmpgenc at resolution of 352x240 and bitrate around 1500. Tmpgenc allows me to choose interlaced or progressive. I heard that at this resolution we cannot do interlaced. So do I have to go with progressive? Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.
