I recently downloaded 3 Music video Clips ..these clips are MP4's and play in Quick Time Player....I want to convert these to Mpeg1.....Is there a way to do this please....I heve read Quick Time Pro had an export feature on it that one could export to avi ...(I could then convert to Mpg) but the Quick Time I downloaded has no export feature under files...
Any help would be much appreciated..

  3. You could try downloading and installing 3ivx. If you can get the file to open in Windows Media Player there's a good chance you can use TMPGEnc "Open / All Files" to encode to MPEG. (Sometimes i can get MP4's to open through DirectShow on TMPGEnc)

The quality most likely won't be as good as QuickTime.

I've had good luck converting MP4 with TMPGEnc along with the Quicktime MOV Plugin. Canopus Procoder can do this conversion pretty easily too.
