  2. Use TMPGEnc ->Audio Edit->Change Volume. Most video editing programs have this feature as well.

how about instead of converting the avi to mpeg again how about dvddecrypt the dvd to the hard drive then edit the sound then reburn it? what is the audio_ts folder for there is never anything in it. ok so i want to take the mpeg from the dvd and increase the volume. then reburn. do i have to extract the sound first which i really dont want to do b/c i am afraid of then the sound will be off on the reburn. i don't want the sound to come first before the video. please help.

  4. There is a chance of the audio being out of synch if you seperate the audio and video streams, the safest way is to reencode both(if you have the original avi file).
You don't need DVDDecrypter to rip since it is not encrypted just drag the VIDEO_TS folder to your desktop, the AUDIO_TS folder is used for DVD-Audio and is there for DVD player compliance.

ok i took the sound out of a avi file and made it into a wav file. and i increased the volume on the sound. now how do i put it back into the avi or whatever. isn't the avi files still have sound? what i did was opened the avi files in goldenwave and then changed the sound. then saved as a wav file. now i want to put it back into the movie how can i do this? can i in mainconcept mpeg encoder. just take the avi and put it in the video open and take the wav file and put it in the audio open? if you use mainconcept you will know what i am talking about. i love mainconcept b/c it only takes me 15 mins to convert a movie. any one please help me. thanks.
