Anybody tried the AVerMedia UltraTV 550??

Does any body here own or has tried the AVerMedia UltraTV™ Media Center PCI 550? It claims to have a built-in TBC.

I am in the market for a hardware mpeg2 encoder and wanted to see what people thought of this one. Are there any other favorites out there besides the Hauppauge-PVR-250? I am looking for Hardware mpeg2 in and out, audio in, don't care about mpeg1, and the included software doesn't really matter as long as the video quality is good.

I don't think any one has got one rigth now and it look like AVerMedia UltraTV Media Center PCI 500 & 550 are base on NEC PD61xxx Hardware Encoder and very possable it may also have NCE 3DYC Separator, Ghost Reducer like thoses over price Canopus card
