cropping with dvd2svcd

I am trying to convert Night of the living dead to svcd. My problem arises when I want to crop just the top 2 lines of the movie. How should I go about accomplishing this? I tried checking the box "edit when dvd2avi is done" and then entering Crop(0,2,480,480) when the edit avisynth box comes up. After that, I get an error in TMPGEnc saying "illegal video size". I have never used avisynth so obviously I am confused on how to accomplish this using dvd2svcd. I would use virtualdub to do this but I like the all in one solution with dvd2svcd. I hope this makes sense. Any help would be appreciated.

The Crop function can also handle offsets, so try with Crop(0,2,0,0). The way you did it could easily make problems, depending on the resolution of the source.
