ATI card, was set up by friend and ok till last night.
Somehow a documentary I taped ended up being 2.5 gigabytes and need to find out what setting I might have mixed up to make it so large please.

In retrospect, now I look at it, it is set for Windows File Limit.
But for some reason I think I have always had it set there
So below are my present settings.
Can someone please suggest what I should change, if nor the File Limit size but if so, what would it best be set to please?

Can change for each individual taping so best sizes for 30 mins or 60 for example plz

    Settings:

    Current Settings:

    Type: MPEG-2
    Video: 640 x 240, NTSC(525)
    6.00 M Bit/Second
    Audio: 44.100KHz, 8bit, Stereo

    click on: Visual Masking
Number of P Frames in Group: 4
Number of B Frames in SubGroup: 2

    Clicked: Variable Bit Rate
    Motion Estimation Quality: 0
    Max File Limit: Windows Limit

    TIA

    2ND/Last Question Please:

    Have 2 PCs.

1 has Win DVD on it but know some MPEGs can still play in Winamp.
But some MPEGs I record from the TV wont play in computer without WinDVD, nor in Winamp but play the audio file only.
Will connect to codec server in Windows Media but wont download or work.

Is there a simple explanation for this please?
    TIA,
