I use Womble MPEG-VCR to cut ads out of the races that I record. The origanel Mpeg 2 file will be smoth but when I use MPEG-VCR to cut out the ads the resulting file has frames that are droped. I dont change anything when I save it. Why is editing video such a pain in the ass!
