    Hi
    does anybody know of any codec to capture analog video in mpeg1 (or 2) ?
    I have a Pinnacle PC-TV and use Virtualdub (DiVX-XViD-Huffy) for analog capture but some events I would want to watch them on my DVD player with minimal authoring, without having to encode in mpeg1 or mpeg2.

    Under the tools section, YMPEG. It' a VFW codec.
