    When I open it, it just freezes over the app. I can move it and what not, but when I hover over the app, the cursor goes to hour_glass. When I close it it gives me the XP crash shiat window. Should I just re-install, I know there was something about only allowing a certain number of machine code numbers or something.

    did the repair of SVCD2DVD-> didnt work
    reinstalled SVCD2DVD -> didnt work
    reinstalled the .NET runtime -> didnt work


    I guess I will have to reinstall XP for this to work. Obviously something I have installed is conflicting with it and I have 100 things installed and de-installed. Shit. I used this thing 10 times, but havent touched it for a few weeks now.
