  1. Just got my weekly flyer and saw that Office Depot has another buy 1 get 1 free on the Verbatim +R and -R disks. This time it's the 25 pack spindles as opposed to the 15's. The deal is $49.97 for 50. Looks like a great deal to me. The one problem I have is that office depot sent me a free $15 coupon check a few weeks ago, but in small print it says the purchase has to be of $150 or greater. So it's really 10% if I purchase $150. The thing is that it expires today and I really don't need anything other then dvd disks.

Anyone think it's worth getting 150 of these Verbatims? If so, which ones are better, the - or +R's? Thanks

Interesting the ad here in dallas is for 15 packs of Phillips +R only on buy one get one free. Still comes to $1 disc though.

  4. Last time the Verbatims were their Datalife brand not the coveted Datalife Plus. If that's the same here, I'll pass...there is better media at better with prices elsewhere.

Check here for the limited-time OD coupon to get the Philips less than $1/disc. In Chicago, the Philips 15-pk is on sale this week as well. Perhaps he meant next week's ad?

I'm hoping that coupon will still be valid when the Maxell 15-pack DVD-R 4X sale comes around again.
