    I need a program like tmpgenc but for avi.

    How can you make an mp3 smaller

    Virtual Dub. reencode the MP3 at a lower bitrate/sampling rate, but you will lose quality. Can also lose a channel.

    Dont understand ! TMPGenc is for AVIs . Its an Mpeg Encoder ?
