  1. Hey Guys,
I forgot to add subtitles to a an .avi file before I encoded it to a vcd. I also deleted the original file so I'm left with two vcd's I've since joined together using TMPGEnc and a subtitle file. When I play the file in Media player the VobSub engages but when I try to encode to a vcd using TMPGEnc Vobsub does not open. Thus no subtitles in final. I've tried everything. I increased the priority of DirectShow in TMPGEnc, I've installed ffdshow. Nothing works. Is there something I've missed? Or am I screwed?
    Ay suggestions???
    Thanks In advance.

you may only see the subs after you encoded, test encode a short clip.

or else you can use virtualdub with the vobsub plugin (click on virtualdub and you will find some guides).

I went to see Man on Fire at the Theater. Very cool movie.
    I'll try the VirtualDub conversion.

I had some really good Chinese food tonight. The Kung Pao was hot, but not obscenely so.
