In case anyone is interested i found this at: http://www.marumo.ne.jp/trash/swf_vfp-0.1.2.lzh
It works by just extracting "swf.vfp" file to the TMPGEnc directory, but seems to be a little more stable when registered as VFAPI plugin;
(example)---------------------------------------
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\VFPlugin]
"Shockwave"="C:\\VFAPI\\Plug-Ins\\swf.vfp"
(example)---------------------------------------
This plugin does Video only. Also works with "VFAPIConvEN.exe".
