    I am creating a Powerpoint presentation and I wold like to create a specific sound file.
    Is it possible to combine a recorded voice file and a music file in one file for this presentation?
    I want to have the music play as I narrate.

    Adobe Audition or any multi-track recording software will work.

    Check out audacity. It should do it and it is freeware.
