I have authored several dvds for a friend and I have suddenly run into a problem. Using DVD Workshop, I tried to author 2 titles onto one disc, added chapters to each title and setup a rudimentary menu (simply a title selection screen. Well I tested it out on my player and all is fine. He tries it on his player and it will not let him select the 2nd title. If he highlights the 2nd title and selects enter, the player sends him to the 1st title (selecting the 1st title from the menu also sends him to the 1st title, as it should).
I am rather convinced that the problem lies with his player (a Cyberhome CH-DVD 300) and an incompatibility with DWS. This is further confirmed by the disc working perfectly in my Panasonic player (CP-72K), and my portable Cyberhome player (CH-712). Also past multi-titled dvds that I have authored for him using Pinnacle Impressions Pro experienced no trouble in his player.
Has anyone else run into this problem? Any suggestions on how to fix the disc or to get DWS to work with the CH-DVD 300?
Thanks for any help.

I would also suspect that the DVD player model may not be compatible.
The PDF manual for that player on the Web page at the following link...
http://www.cyberhome.com/downloads.asp?Product=300
...doesn't mention DVD-R/DVD+R or DVD-RW/DVD+RW support, specifically.
