just a heads up. just got a 25-pak spindle from Amazon yesterday and they are CMCguess they stopped using Ricoh. no more Memorex for me in the future, even if the +R CMC are supposed to be better than their -R CMC discs.

Last month I bought the same disk from Walmart (5pk).
Three of them of were good disks, the other two had
read errors and freezing near the end of a movie.
Those are made in Taiwan. -
only the grey spindles are RICHO at this point. staples and best buy still have some. i am buying them up when they are on sale as RICHO is getting hard to find. everyone, MEMOREX, TDK, seems to be changing to CMC crap. 25 pak of DVD+R memorex is on sale at staples until may 8. just make sure they have a grey spindle!!!

Yup, same thing happened to me, Amazon.com raped me. Two 50 packs +R Memorex turned out to be CMC...I got so used to getting Ricoh from them, over 300, that I didn't check until the spool was 2/3 used...Ran DVDInfoPro test on them and about 1/2 of them had read problems starting usually at around the 4 GB point on the disk.
