wow, spent 6 days trying to recover this dead CMC(MEMOREX Branded) disc for a friend--no luck. only 7 months old. Very dis-colored A yellowed pattern on the top. but only errors 1.3GB in.
been awhile since I've been here, but as Maxell are crap now I guess it's TY or nothing.
So is TY still the best?

VERBATIM is also good quality dvd media to use besides TAIYO YUDEN.
Some dvd burners/roms that are good readers can recover the corrupted/errors on the dvd disc.
