  1. Hi all,

I didnt know how to search for a solution to this particular problem so I hope it merits a new thread, anyway here goes.

I backed up a DVD which has 13 titles (containing 1 chapter each) and I am hoping to convert it into 1 title (which will contain 13 chapters). Kinda like join all the titles together to make 1 and then kinda chapter it, if its possible.

The reason for this is that when I play the backed up disc in my stand alone I can skip forward to the next title but I cant go back to any of the previous titles without having to press alot of buttons on my remote. but if I could find a way of doing this then I could just skip back and forth without any hassle.

P.S. I backed it up on a DVD-RW and also still have the files on my HDD in case I found a solution for this.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Tmpgenc dvd author, just add all the titles in the same track and they will all play one after the other with no breaks and you can skip right thru all the titles with one button. You can add chapters points for the start of each title also.

  3. johns0 >> your tip works but the subtitles is lost. Can you somehow keep the subtitles intact?

Sorry, dont think tmpgenc dvd author supports subtitles, might want to check into other dvd authoring programs for that, not sure which ones but you can check in the guides to the left on authoring,
    I think,therefore i am a hamster.

  5. yeh, your right m8. I'm using DVD-Lab atm and apart from the chapters being a bit out and the occasional crashing it is the best authoring tool ive used yet. n1 m8, stay frosty 8)

VOBEdit & IFOEdit All your clips should use the same audio, otherwise it
    won't work properly.
