    is there any way to make a vcd play in a dvd player and a cd player?

    Not too sure about a CD player, but if your DVD player can play CD-Rs, it should play your VCDs.

    cd rom yes, cd player no. if you wanna make a mixed cd you can do that, leave the mpeg in raw form. where you have an audio cd that plays normal with other data on it, forgot how exactly how i did it but took some tweaking. it'll work as long as your dvd player read raw mpegs.
