  1. Hi everyone! I've been browsing the web lately searching for a method on how to author multiple small dvd's say 30 to 40 minutes each into one dvd-r. I've found many excelent guides using Tmpgenc dvd-author which is an excellent tool but my question is... Is it possible to do that with dvd maestro?? Add more than one track like in Tmpgenc dvd-author?? Well i'll try to explain my idea so you can understand exactly what i pretend and maybe give me some hints. Let's say i have 2 episodes of FRIENDS (2 divx files), I also have the correct subs for both divx. Now i encode them to mpeg2 (DVD), after this i author each one SEPERATELY with DVDMAESTRO, i put a motion menu, selectable subs which i can turn on and off and chapters. I make all this seperately for both mpeg2(DVD). In the end i'll have 2 dvd's each one with all this features done with DVDMAESTRO. Now in Tmpgenc dvd-author when i add a track i'll be able to choose the vobs i want and of course i'll choose all the vobs of the episode because i want the menus i've done in dvdmaestro. After doing everything in tmpgenc dvd-author i'll end up having a menu made in this tool where i can choose which episode i wanna see, so when i press play i'm gonna get the menu done in dvdmaestro and only from here i'll be able to play the movie, so far so good but what if i wanna go back to the menu made in tmpgenc dvd-author to choose another episode??? If i press menu on the remote it will go to the menu made in dvdmaestro but i wanna go further back to menu done in tmpgenc dvd-author... Any help please??!! Sorry for the long post and i hope it's not too much confuse!! Thanks in advance!

  2. After reading your post 3 times, I am still confused. Why is it that you want to reauthor the disk in Tmpgenc DVD Author again??? Don't get me wrong, Tmpgenc DVD Author is a very capable authoring program but since you have DVD Maestro, why not use it to author the 2 episodes into 1 disk?
