Anybody know of an WMV to AVI converter? Preferably a freeware one if possible...

also wondering if anyone knows of a detailed "how to" for enhancing the quality of an AVI file. I put alot of AVI files into DVD format and some of them are a bit blurry..would like a sharper picture if possible..
