G'day!
I am having problems with Nero converting AVI to mpeg to create a SVCD disk. I have captured an hour of video @704 x 576 (pal), my capture program keeps the file size under the 2Gig limit. I end up with two 2Gig files and one 1Gig. file (approximately).
Most times one of the 2gig files wont encode, nero quits saying something about an encoding error.
Although it did work once for me, but with strange results when I played the cd on my DVD player. Both of the 2Gig files were upside down and back the front, that was really weird!
Do I need to work with smaller avi file sizes for Nero to cope? If so, what program can anyone suggest that will EASILY split AVI's into smaller blocks.
regards,
Mark
