Does anyone know what this setting do for Instant copy 8?

I am using hidden instant copy editor, version 1.4.3

The setting is DVDAutofast and is located on page 1 of the editor. It is set to 85%. I am trying to max out the best quality with this transcoder.

    THANKS!

There are quite a few posts in here, on this topic, although they were done with hidden settings editor 1.4.2

You should go check out www.mrbass.org

The things they do for IC8 is always enable the OK button, they prevent automatic resizing, you can set your desired output file size (where the green file size bar cuts off in the program, it's default is 4.32, you can change it to 4.35 or 6.32 if you want). And several other settings that give you more control over the program.

The file size thing is really irrelevant because IC7 or 8 both give false output file sizes. So to accurately calculate the correct output file size you will want to add them up by hand.

First change all the file sizes to bytes.

    444,333,222,111 - 4's = GB, 3's = MB, 2's = Kb, 1's = bytes

so a 4.32 GB file size is actually 4,320,000,000 bytes. A 53.46 MB file is 53,460,000 bytes.

Anyway total them all up and the divide by 1024, then by 1024, then by 1024 and you will have a decimal on your calculator and that is your correct output file size.
