    i use adobe premiere pro

    i also have cce

    i capture my dv and edit it in premiere.

    how do i set it up in premiere to use cce as my mpeg encoder?

    You'll need to install CCE's plugin for Premiere. Then you should be able to encode directly within Premiere.
