I am looking for a video capture card to capture video from my 8mm camcorder and put the video on a VCD and watch on TV with full screen. I also like the TV Tuner features that I am reading about. I see Dazzle , Pinnicle Systems , ATI (AGP or PCI) .....card discussed. I would appreciate any recomendation on a card with a price range around $100 - $175. Is this being to cheap to get a good card ?????? Thanks
