Seriously - you're making absolutely no sense at all.
save the wav and change him with ac3machine...
What do you mean by that? All you've told is that you have an AVI file that's 23.976 fps, that you want in 25 fps, but somewhere the audio gets out of sync...
What do you have (Use GSpot to tell, and if you don't understand what GSpot tells you, just post a screen shot of it) and what do you want? (AVI? VCD? DVD? SVCD? Other?)

  4. in TMPGEnc load the video and then load the extracted WAV as your audio source. encode them both together, to either a system stream or elementary streams. TMPGEnc will adjust the audio as well as the video. I don't know what people have against using the audio processor in TMPGEnc. so long as you are doing something simple with it the program works fine, especially with WAV as your source.

  5. thats what i did... but its not matter because the sound was 44 minutes and the video 48...

  6. what exactly did you do with AC3Machine? does the audio file output from TMPGEnc match the length of the video output? if so then you are doing something wrong in AC3Machine. try using FFMpeg GUI instead to convert to AC3. Its a much easier interface and hard to mess up.

Use besweet to change the audio from 23.976fps to 25fps,this will put the audio back in sync as long as there is no errors.
    I think,therefore i am a hamster.

    What I do is this:
Extract audio with VirtualDub. Decode to wav (with what depends on audio codec)
Change AVI frame rate with (you guessed it!) AVIFrate
Make wav shorter either with GoldWave Timewarp function or WavWorks.
Use 25 ps AVI as video source, and shortened wav as audio source when encoding. Works like a charm.
    The
the sound was 44 minutes and the video 48...
part sounds like you've done a 25 to 23.976 frame rate conversion on the audio instead of the other way around...

You probably don't need to change anything since most PAL dvd players will play 23.976fps NTSC without any problems.

Just use the VCD NTSC Film template in TMPGEnc and it should work out.

Most is the key word. Mine doesn't (plays jerky - just like a bad frame rate conversion) , that's why I've learned all black magick involved in 23.976 to 25 fps conversions...
But I agree - try a 23.976 NTSC disc first. If it works (and chances are pretty good) on you PAL player, you've saved yourself a lot of trouble!

?? Never had AVIFrate fail me, and I can't see why it should either, if it's an AVI you're working with at all! You should see "23.976" in a text box right before where it says "fps". You type in "25.000" instead and hit "Apply". After confirming that this is what you want to do, the AVI should play back at 25 fps.
But be sure to perform this after extracting the audio track, as I'm not sure how VirtualDub handles the audio if you've changed the fps already.

It takes no time at all - like I said, it's just a matter of altering one little value in the AVI, that tells the software how fast it should display the frames.
