  1. ! Hello everybody ¡ I have a capture card PINNACLE DC10 PLUS, It used a MJPEG codec, if I capture various 2GB files because it is limited by W98 (my HD is FAT32 and it should be a 4 GB file), How can I paste multiple 2GB files in just one long file? Do I need a special program?, I am using Studio DC10 1.06.
    Any help will be appreciate.

  3. Studio DC Plus save 2 GB files, if you are trying to capture 6 GB file the program save three 2GB files. What I am looking is a program that paste all those three file in one long file.

Bear in mind that, as well as specific limitations on the sizes of .AVI files, *no* file in W98 can be larger than 4Gb if it resides on a FAT16 or FAT32 partition. Personaly I'm just learning to live with the fact that huge captures are segmented...

  6. avisynth's SegmentedAVISource("base-filename"[,...]) function will splice your captures together prior to encoding. alternatively, append the segments in virtualdub & frameserve

  7. Should check more into your Pinacle card because my Hauppuage PVR MPEG2 Encoder card will encode any length I want and it just breaks them down into 2GB files, but at 480x480 MPEG2 SVCD I can get a entire 2 hour movie at just under 2GB.
