Scenarist problems... hangs when I click on New From Script?

I am using the Big 3 method with Scenarist from Doom9, problem is, when I open Scenarist, I click on New From Script, then the window disappears, it seems like it has crashed, but I look in Task Manager, and scenarist.exe is still running, and using 99% of my cpu time.

Any idea what is going on or how to fix this?

Upgrade to the latest version, its free. Uninstall and then reinstall. If the problem persists contact your reseller.

In the meantime you can open a script from within another project. Just start a generic one and hit file/import/ and under script file load the script. Then under scenarist file input a NEW filename. Hit OK and hope it doesn't crash on you again.
