Converted Aristocats from VHS to DVD. Field order A, interlace VBR of avg 7k, Burn to DVD disk. DVD looks great on Computer when played, but when played on TV gets loads of horizontal stripes across the whole screen - really naff. Not an interlace problem, I'm using the Quantization CG/Animation. Any tips ?
