    I am putting still pictures on a VCD using Win Movie Maker which I like. can you you tell me a shareware photo editing program I can use to zoom in on a picture and resave it? for example, if the person appears far away in the picture, I want to zoom in on them and save that so I can see them better once the pic is put on VCD. I have PhotoSuite but don't liek that.
