    Are there any DVD authoring programs that actually have 5.1 surround sound? I have found several that have AC-3 (Dolby Digital 2.0), but none that are 5.1.

    sony dvda , sonic scenarist, producer, reeldvd , dvd author 2, maestro, dvdlab, ifoedit , encore, impression pro, and some others ...

    what about Ulead DVD Moviefactory 3? or any others that are easy to use or inexpensive (or both)?

    I have gotten excellant results using DVDit PE 2.5 and AC3 5.1.
