Littlewoods Prism DVD Player

I recently bought this dvd player Littlewoods/Index

Its a nice little kit but I havent found any reviews in the dvd players database, Ive thorwn svcds vcds, mp3s and also dvds at it and they all seem to play

The problem that im havin is that they seem to play out of sync,on dvds if i change the way the audio is sent (ie stereo, surround lt/rt) then sometimes it fixes on dvd, but then slowly goes outta sync again, sometimes pausing it works.

On vcds, chaning the audio from source 1 to 2 then back again whilst pausing sometimes works, but its only for a short while

They work fine on the pc, what is goin on, can anyone help shed sum light?
