When I convert my avi using both TMPGenc and SVCD2DVD they both produce a video that is all scrabled up and I can't figure out at all what is wrong with this.

My video stats are
Width=544
Height=224
Audio Bitrate 1411kbps
Video Frame Rate 29 fps or 24 fps
Data Rate 268 kbps
Video Sample Size 24bit
and its in DIVX format
