NewBie / Burn Region Free

Hi there,
Hope somenone can help.I am a newbie, and learnt a lot from this site.
I capture and edit with Premiere, encode with Tmpgenc, burn with Nero. My drive is a DVD-R/RW Toshiba SD-R6112, RPC2.
I am an underwater videographer, and sell my videos on DVDs to customers from different countries, that means different regional codes. I see there are different softwares that allow to play region free, and burn region free DVD that have first been ripped to HD.
How can I burn my videos to DVDs region free, so that can be played in UK as well as Russia ?

The DVD's you burn will be region free, no need to do anything special.

The only thing you should be aware of is PAL or NTSC compatability, but this is nothing to do with region coding. I think Russia probrably uses PAL so it will not be a concern anyway.

Thanks for the reminder too, Craig. As far as I know NTSC is only USA and Japan.
