    Hello--
For a graduation gift I would like to get an all in one printer. I have narrowed my choices down to the HP 2410 or the 6110. I do not know which one to get! Any thoughts on which is the better printer to buy for general home office use?

  2. The 6110 would be the better office printer.
The other series is designed more for documents/photos (card slots, pic viewer, flatbed scanner only etc) even though it doesn't do photos very well.

    HP 6110 for document prints/scans.
    Epson all-in-one RX500 for Photos.

The 2410 has a few advantages.

    Newer model line

    More memory (32mb versus 16mb)

6 color printing possible but not required

Heavier duty cycle (5,000 versus 3,000)

    Slightly faster

Thanks guys, I went with the 2410, I wen to BestBuy and the salesman told me the only real advantage to the 6110 is multi-page feeder for faxing, which I don't really need. Plus I got the 2410 for about $65.00 less than BB at half.com
