  1. How do you burn Xbox games?

I have Nero Express, Dvd Shrink, Dvd Decrypter, Clone Dvd.

Do you just copy entire disc in Nero Express or is there a proper tool to do it?

Any help or links to guides would help

    Thanx

  2. all the info you need will be at http://www.xbox-scene.com

The long and short of it is as follows........

you have to hack your xbox so you can bring up the contents of the xbox's HD and DVD drives on your PC via network drive mapping (you will need a router)

you then use a program (cant remember the name of it, but it is on xbox-scene.com) to copy the contents from the xbox's DVD drive to pc in the form of an xiso (the file extension will still be *iso, but its a special kind of iso); you do this while the original game is in your xbox.

once you have done this, you can burn the iso that you made with dvd decrypter. but it will only play in a modded xbox. but of course you cant copy it anyway unless you mod it out first.

    hope this helps,

None of the programs you mention can do what you want to do. Why ? FACT: no DVD-ROM or DVD burner can read XBOX games.

I get around this by connecting to my XBOX with a crossover cable. I FTP the D folder to my computer and make an ISO image using GDFImage. I then burn with Nero.
    If in doubt, Google it.

I have had cause for laughter when people here previously have said they can read XBOX games in their PC DVD-ROM drives.
    If in doubt, Google it.

  7. Even after you get your files you have to compile an Xbox format disk with one of the many free programs, e.g. Xiso.

  8. I thought that there was a Samsung drive that could read xbox games from a pc? This would be the one that can be put into an xbox with a little modification to replace crappy thompson drives that crap out.
I cant remember it's model though. I might be wrong.

The important part of this statement is with a little modification. I am talking straight out of the box here. No DVD-ROM will read XBOX games out of the box. Any DVD ROM at all can be modded to only read XBOX games by reversing the polarity of the laser. This makes it read from the outer edge of the disc inwards, exactly the same as XBOX drives. This can be any brand DVD ROM and is intended to be used as a workaround to Thompson DVD ROMs which are the worst of the three XBOX DVD ROMs.
    If in doubt, Google it.
