When I try and play a finished DVD on my standalone DVD Player, the CyberHome ADL-528, my DVD player freezes and roughly 4 minute intervals!
Having converted my XviD-MPEG-4 movie into MPEG2 format using TMPGEnc, I then authored then video clip using TMPGEnc Author. I then used Nero 6, using the UDF/ISO method to create the DVD.
The first copy I made played for roughly 5 minutes and froze, meaning I had to manually press the standby button on my DVD player. Secondly, i tried the same method, but turned on "Force DVD Compatibility", the same problem occured. I then decided to use the DVD copying program integrated into TMPGEnc Author and had the same problem!
I've run out of ideas, has anyone got any idea whats happening and any suggestion as to what I could do?
Thanks very much

Have you already tried with a different brand of DVD media ?
Does it play on your pc ? -
No I haven't tried different media and no it doesn't play on my PC either. I've tried playing it with WMP, RealOne and PowerDVD. I've been able to make backups of DVDs using the current blank DVD+Rs I've used to copy this movie and they've worked fine on both my PC and DVD player.
Thanks for the help, any suggestions?
