I have captured MPEG2 files (music videos) @ 720x480, 29 fps, PCM audio (or so it says) in Main Concept. I then cut them in Womble MPEG-VCR into single videos. I then use TMPGEnc DVD Author to create a dvd and then burn it. When I play the disc in my DVD player (Panasonic RP-82) some of the videos are really jumpy and skipping, and some are fine? The files all play fine on the computer. When DVD Author is creating the files it is using 100% cpu, not sure if this is normal? I recently solved a problem that was due to the field order when I was capturing, now I am having this problem. When I am doing my capturing, authoring and burning I am running in a separate WinXP installation especially for this, so no other programs are running. My PC is running @ 2Ghz, 512MB DDR, and a dedicated 120GB sata hd for files.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
