I have permanent subtitles, that were ripped by DVD2SVCD, and they came in .bmps, along with a "permsubs.txt" file for the timecodes. Is it possible I can multiplex them with a mpeg I have that I did not create using DVD2SVCD (I wanted to set my own bitrate, and cut out the credits). I have looked at adding permanent subtitles guides but they are confusing to me. Is there anyway to use these permanent subtitles and multiplex them into my mpg?
