I gather you are frameserving with the Subtitle Filter ? Have you checked the avi for bad frames using virtualdub ? Will it frameserve without the Subtitle Filter ?

i try with and without the subtitler filter... and the video file have no bad frames... :\ but its still givein me this massge

Can you open up the avi direct with TMPGenc ? If so instead of frameserving try applying the filter to a direct stream copy of the avi and loading that into TMPGenc.
If you can't get that to open in TMPGenc try repacking the avi and opening that in TMPGenc.

OK Tmpgenc doesn't work when you try and frameserve. So I am suggesting you forget frameserving for the moment. Make a new avi with subtitles using virtualdub then load the new file straight into TMPGenc and convert from there.

but when its on direct i cant use the filters.. and i cant pick the subtitle :\

Sorry my mistake. You'll need to use "Full Processing Mode" but under Video > Compression choose a suitable codec, NOT uncompressed as the file will be massive. Give that a try.
