When I try to play any MPEG Video file on Windows Media Player or try to burn a VCD compliant MPEG video, I get a MPLAPX.dll file is missing from the OS. Does anyone know how to help me on this one, I am at my wits end, the only way I know how to cure this is to reformat my harddrive and then I will lose everything. Please help me
