Problem #1-
I am able to capture Video with several software programs (Pinnacle Studio 8, Microsoft Windows Movie Maker). I would like to watch Video on my Notebook PC using my DV camcorder as a "passthrough" device, connecting the camcorder to the Notebook PC using firewire. Does anyone know of software that will allow full screen viewing in this manner?
Problem #2 -
If no software is available to solve Problem #1, can anyone provide me a hardware solution that would allow me to connect composite video & audio to the Notebook PC via the hardware device and USB2, and then provide the software to watch full screen video on my Notebook PC?
Note - My Notebook PC does not have an external input to the LCD monitor.
