TMPGEnc makes some very popular software including Video Encoder Express, Media Editor, and DVD Author. EasyPack includes the "easy edition" of all these programs with a suite launcher.

TMPGEnc introduced DVD Author Pro last year for $99 with frame accurate editing but it still seems to need a plug-in to support AC3. The standard version of DVD Author remains $49.



EasyPack can also do frame accurate editing from Media Editor. The supplied DVD Author version supports GOP level edits but EasyPack includes AC3 support.
