NTSC and PAL on the same DVD-R

I've made 2 dvdmpg (2 different movies) and tried to author and burn them with TMPGE DVDAuthor. It turns out that one of them is PAL and the other NTSC movie and that they can't be burned on the same dvd-r. Is there any way to convert NTSC to PAL or can they actually be burned on the same dvd-r but not with this author or any other solution witch would result in one dvd-r containing both movies.

I've done it before but you can't do it with TMPGEnc DVD Author. Your DVD will have no menu THIS way but....the latest versions of DVDShrink can do it(both NTSC and PAL on one disc). Rip one DVD to the HD and place one in the DVD-Rom and reauthor away via the DVD Browser in Shrink.
