    I cannot seem to encode my wav files to ac3 using besweet. I can change it to mp3 but not ac3. It begins to transcode but stops in split seconds with the log file appearing saying

    BeSweet v1.5b25 by DSPguru.

    Error 85: support for ac3enc.dll had been removed due it its suckness!

    Try ffmpeg. BeSweet has removed support for AC3 in their latest version.

    Or you could always try an older version of BeSweet with the superb AC3MACHINE GUI frontend. Works great for me.
